Not that by default, this template will explicitly not yield people who have ''page'' as an [[Property::Expertise]], as most often these people are already listed separately using [[Template:List specific experts]], and repeating this information would only be confusing. These nonconventional requirements on fields have technical motivations related to how {{#show: ... }} render results for pages with multiply set properties, and may be subject to change in the future.
