This [[Media:CAM5-3-nudged.pdf|project]] supports the compilation and runtime configuration of the [http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.2/cam/ CAM5.3] global atmospheric model in a specific configuration whereby the dynamic model is nudged to ERA-Interim reanalysis products. The installation of specific post-processing software is also required to transform CAM5.3 output (NetCDF) initially to GRIB then finally to arl format which can be used as input to the HYSPLIT Largangian transport model.
