Course overview
This advanced one-day workshop in R covers techniques and best practices for reproducible research — how to ensure that the same analysis can be performed on the same data to produce the same results by other people working at a later time and in a different place.
Prerequisite knowledge:
- Basic R skills — R-Studio, data types, etc.
- Basic Git skills
- Basic Linux skills
