For employees at Uppsala University the procedure is as follows to be able to request certificates from the Digicert SSO portal:
https://mp.uu.se/web/info/stod/it-telefoni/e-post/certifikat
Then follow the instructions on Requesting_a_grid_certificate_using_the_Digicert_SSO_Portal
