For employees from KTH the procedure is as follows to be able to request certificates from the eScience(grid) certificate portal:

Go to KTHs IT support page: https://intra.kth.se/en/it/kontakta-it-support/ and ask them to give to the right to retrieve eScience(grid)-certificates using your KTH id.
Follow the instructions on Requesting_a_grid_certificate_using_the_Digicert_SSO_Portal
